(i) क्रम संख्या 8 के जखलाफ, कॉलम (3) म,ें प्रजवजि "उड़ीसा" का लोप दकया िाएगा;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 9 के जखलाफ, कॉलम (3) म,ें प्रजवजि "जत्रपुरा और नागालडैं " का लोप दकया िाएगा;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th October, 2026 S.O. 5853(E).— In pursuance of clause (c) of section 2 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 (13 of
2025), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), vide number SO.3990 (E), dated the 1st September, 2025, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table,—
(i) against serial numbers 8, in column (3), the entry “Odisha” shall be omitted.
(ii) against serial numbers 9, in column (3), the entry “Tripura and Nagaland” shall be omitted.
(iii) after serial number 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “ 18. Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Odisha “ Bhubaneswar
19. Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Agartala Tripura
20. Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Kohima Nagaland [F. No. 25022/14/2022-Imm (Part-II)] Dr. SANDEEP N MAHATME, Jt. Secy.
