NOTIFICATION Delhi, 31st August, 2026 F. No. 11/21/H-DOP/2025/784-797.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of

section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court as well as Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of case FIR No. 186/25, U/s 21/22/25/29 NDPS Act, 238 BNS and 03/04 MCOC Act, PS Sultanpuri, Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 19.11.2025:- S. 4 Conference/consultation fee (per conference) Rs. 20,000/- 5 Drafting Petition, Criminal Revision, Appeal, etc. Rs. 1,00,000/- 6 Drafting fee per application Rs. 25,000/- 7 Drafting reply to application, etc Rs. 25,000/- 8 Clerkage 10% of the total bill amount This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
