No. F.11/2026/Power/E-243215/6235-6243.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023 readwith Section 84(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Subhash Chandra Lal Das, (Retd.) IAS (AGMUT:1992) as the Chairperson of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission. The other terms and conditions of his service shall be governed by Section 89 of the Electricity Act, 2003, and the rules and regulations made in this regard.
