Section 6 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, the Lt. Governor of Delhi hereby constitutes the Board for

Terms and conditions for the Board: i) The term of office of the members mentioned in clauses (d) and (e) above shall be for a period of 3 years. ii) The term of members of legislature shall be co-terminus with their tenure as Member of Legislative Assembly.

iii) The Board shall follow the procedure as enshrined under Section 7 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act,

1972. iv) The Board shall perform the duties as prescribed under Section 8 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act,

1972. v) The sitting fees shall be admissible to the non-official members as per the latest instructions/norms of the Government of India. The non-official members shall also be allowed to avail T.A. as admissible to Group A officers of the Government of India.

vi) The T.A admissible to the official members will be borne by their respective departments. vii) The Department of Forests and Wildlife, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be the approving authority in respect of payment of allowances.
