(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शनियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा उच्च न्यायालय निमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के साथ परामशश से भारत सरकार के नवत्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व नवभाग) की, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में संख्यांक का.आ. 372 (अ), तारीख 5 फरवरी, 2016 द्वारा प्रकानशत अनधसूचना में, ननम्ननलनखत और सशं ोधन करती ि,ै अथाशत् :- उि अनधसूचना में, सारणी में, निमाचल प्रदेश राज्य से संबंनधत क्रम संख्यांक 9 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) और (4) में पिली प्रनवनियों के स्थान पर ननम्ननलनखत प्रनवनियां क्रमश: रखी जाएंगी, अथाशत् :-

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th September, 2026 S.O. 5082(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Himachal Pradesh, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016 namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 9 relating to the State of Himachal Pradesh, for the first entries in columns (3) and (4), the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: —

(3) (4) “Additional Sessions Judge (CBI) Districts Shimla, Kinnaur, Solan and Sirmaur at Nahan of Shimla. Himachal Pradesh.” [F. No. C-18015/2/2026-Ad.ED] RAJEEV LOCHAN, Under Secy.
