વાંિાણે લીધેલ ક્રમ–૧ શ્રી કિશનિુમાર િલ્યાણભાઈ િાિાપરાએ શરતી ચનમણૂાંિ બાબતે ચવિારણા િરી ચનમણૂિ આપવા બાબતની દરખસ્ત િરેલ તેમજ ચવભાગ દ્વારા સદરહું િેસમાાં િાયદા ચવભાગનો પરામશગ િરતાાં વાંિાણે લીધેલ ક્રમ–૨ થી િાયદા ચવભાગ દ્વારા શ્રી િાિાપરાન ે તેઓની સામેના પડતર િેસના િુિાદાને આચધન શરતી ચનમણૂાંિ આપવાનો અચભપ્રાય આપેલ.
ઉક્ત ચવગતો ધ્યાને લેતાાં શ્રી કિશનિુમાર િલ્યાણભાઈ િાિાપરાને ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ની જગ્યાએ (પગાર ધોરણ level-7 in Pay Matrix Rs.39900-126600/- ના પગાર ધોરણમાાં) તેઓ સદરહું જગ્યા ઉપર હાજર થાય તે તારીખથી બે વર્ગના અજમાયશી સમય માટે તદ્દન હુંગામી અને િામિલાઉ ધોરણે આ અચધસૂિનામાાં જણાવેલ શરતોને અધીન રહીને તેમની નામ સામેના િોલમ નાં.- ૫માાં દશાગવેલ જગ્યા ઉપર ચનમણૂિ આપવામાાં આવે છે.

1. તેઓએ આ હિમ મળ્યેથી કદન-૧૫માાં ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય, શ્રમ ભવન, ખાનપરુ , અમદાવાદ સમક્ષ અિૂિ હાજર થવાન ુાં રહેશે. અચનવાયગ િારણોસર આ મુદ્દત વધારવાની જરૂર પડે તો અસાધારણ સજોાં ગો/િારણોની ચવગતો-વાજબીપણાનાં ા ાં આધાર-પુરાવા સચહત ઉમેદવારે સચિવશ્રી, શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય ચવિાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને સમયમયાગદામાાં અરજી િરવાની રહેશે અને જો તે અન્વયે મુદ્દત વધારી આપવામાાં આવે તો તેવી વધારેલી મુદ્દતમાાં ઉમેદવારે અિૂિ હાજર થવાન ુાં રહેશે. ચનયત/વધારી આપેલ મુદ્દતમા ાં હાજર થનાર ઉમેદવારોની પ્રવરતા ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા અપાયેલ ગુણાનુક્રમ પ્રમાણે ચનયત થશે. ચનયત/વધારી આપેલ મુદ્દતમાાં હાજર થવામાાં ચનષ્ફળ ચનવડે તેવા ઉમેદવારો ઉક્ત જગ્યાએ જોડાવા ઇચ્છતા નથી તેવુાં માની લઇને તેઓની ચનમણૂિ રદ્દ િરવામાાં આવશે.CENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 29-10-2026 1353
2. આ ચનમણૂિ અન્વયે હાજર થવા માટે તેઓને િોઇ પણ પ્રિારનુાં પ્રવાસભ્થુાં મળવાપાત્ર નથી.
3. જે ઉમેદવાર હાલ સરિારી/અધગ સરિારી નોિરીમાાં છે તેઓને સક્ષમ સત્તાચધિારી (વગગ-૧ અને ૨ના કિસ્સામાાં સાંબાંચધત વહીવટી ચવભાગ, વગગ-૩ના કિસ્સામાાં સાંબાંચધત ખાતાના વડા અને અધ ગ સરિારી નોિરી તથા જાહેર ક્ષેત્રના સાહસોના કિસ્સામાાં સક્ષમ સત્તાચધિારી)નો ફરજ મુચક્ત/ રાજીનામાાં માંજૂરીનો હિમ રજૂ િયેથી જ હાજર િરવાની ચનયામિશ્રીએ િાળજી રાખવાની રહેશે.
4. ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ, હાજર થયેલ અચધિારીન ે સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૦૩/૧૨/૧૯૮૬ના પકરપત્ર ક્રમાાંિ:સીડીઆર-૧૧૮૬-યુઓ-૨૨૪૪-ગ.૨ની સૂિનાઓ મુજબ ચનયત નમનૂ ામાાં “ભારતના સાંચવધાનન ે વફાદાર રહેવાના તેમજ તેના પ્રત્યે ચનષ્ઠા દશાગવતા” સોગદાં લેવડાવ્યા બાદ હાજર િરવાના રહેશે અન ે લીધેલ સોગાંદપત્ર સેવાપોથીમા ાં જાળવવાના રહેશે તથા તેની એિ નિલ ચવભાગને મોિલી આપવાની રહેશે.
5. સરદાર પટેલ લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ દ્વારા તેઓને ચનયમોનુસાર ચવગતવાર તાલીમ અાંગે આયોજન થાય તે દરમ્યાન સાંબાંચધત િાયદાની જાણિારી મળી રહે તે હેતુથી િિેરીએ તેમની જુદી જુદી શાખાઓમાાં તાલીમ અાંગેની વ્યવસ્થા િરવાની રહેશે.
6. તેઓએ અજમાયશી સમય પુરો િરીને, લાાંબાગાળાની ચનમણૂિ મેળવ્યા બાદ ત્રણ વર્નગ ી સેવા બજાવવા અગાં ે સાથે ચબડેલ નમૂના મુજબ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ આપવાના રહેશે. આ ચસક્યોરીટી અને સ્યોરીટી બોન્ડ સાંબાંચધત ઉમેદવાર તથા તેમના બે જામીનોન ે સાંયુક્ત અન ે અલગ રીતે એમ બાંને રીતે બાંધનિતાગ રહેશે. દરેિ ઉમેદવારે પોતે રજૂ િરેલા દરેિ જામીનો રૂ.૫૦૦૦/- સુધીની રિમ માટ ે દાર અને હયાત છે તેવા સાંબાંચધત મામલતદારના પ્રમાણપત્ર સાથે ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામચત અન ે સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદ સમક્ષ હાજર થતી વખતે અથવા હાજર થયા બાદ એિ મચહનાની અાંદર આપવાના રહેશે. દારપણાનુાં પ્રમાણપત્ર ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અને જરૂરી િોટટ ફી, સ્ટેમ્પ સાથે આપવાનુાં રહેશ ે તથા દર વર્ે તે કરન્યુ િરાવીને રજ ૂ િરવાની જવાબદારી જે ત ે અજમાયશી અચધિારીની રહેશે. આ રીતે તેઓએ સાંબાંચધત અચધિારી સમક્ષ રજૂ િરેલ પ્રમાણપત્રો ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામચત અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય ચવિાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોિલી આપવાના રહેશે.
7. ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામચત અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ બાાંહેધરી પત્ર અને દારપણાના પ્રમાણપત્રો સપાં ૂણગ હોવાની ખાત્રી િરીને ત ે મુજબના શેરા સાથે આ ચવભાગને પરત મોિલવાના રહેશે અને તેમ િયાગની જાણ એિાઉન્ટન્ટ જનરલશ્રીની િિેરી, રાજિોટ/અમદાવાદન ે પણ િરવાની રહેશે અન ે જ્યાાં સુધી તેમ િરવામાાં નહીં આવે ત્યાાં સુધી ઉમેદવારને તેમના પગાર અને ભ્થાાં માટે અચધિૃત િરવાના રહેશ ે નચહું.
8. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા િોમ્્યટુ ર િૌશલ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૬ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન િોમ્્યુટર િૌશલ્યની સીસીસી ્લસ (CCC+) ની પરીક્ષા પાસ િરવાની રહેશે. અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં િરવાની કિસ્સામાાં અજમાયશી સમય લાંબાવવામાાં આવશે. આવા લાંબાવેલા સમયમાાં પણ તેઓ આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં િરે તો તેઓની સેવા સમાપ્ત િરવામાાં આવશે. પછીથી જો તેઓ પરીક્ષા પાસ િરશે તો જ તેઓને સેવામાાં પ્રવરતાના રક્ષણ ચવના પરત લેવામાાં આવશે ત ે મતલબની લેચખત બાાંહેધરી તેઓએ સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીન ે આ સાથે બીડેલ ચનયત નમૂનામા ાં આપવાની રહેશે, જે સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીએ શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોિલી આપવાના રહેશે.
9. તેઓએ અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન ગુજરાત શ્રમ ચવભાગ (રાજ્યપચત્રત અચધિારીઓની સવે ાની શરતો સાંબાંચધત પરીક્ષા) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૮ જાહેરનામાાં ક્રમાાંિ:િેએિઆર-૨૦૦૮-૧૨૭-સીએલઇ-૧૦-૨૦૦૭-૧૦૬૯-મ(૧) તા.૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૦૮ થી ઠરાવેલ ખાતાિીય પરીક્ષા ચનયત તિમાાં પાસ િરવાની રહેશે. ચનયત તિમાાં આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં િરવાથી તેઓની સેવાઓ સમાપ્ત િરવામાાં આવશે.
10. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સવે ા વગીિરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો, ૧૯૬૭ ના ચનયમ – ૧૫ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી અથવા ચહન્દી અથવા બાંને ભાર્ાઓની પરીક્ષાઓ પ્રવતગમાન ચનયમો મુજબ પાસ િરવાની રહેશે.
11. તેઓની ચનમણૂિની જગ્યાએ હાજર થયાથી તારીખથી ૨(બે) વર્ગ માટ ે અજમાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન હુંગામી અને િામિલાઉ જ હોઇ આ સેવા સાંતોર્િારિ નહીં જણાય તો િોઇ પણ જાતની નોટીસ આ્યા ચસવાય સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૩૦/૦૩/૧૯૮૯ના પકરપત્ર ક્રમાાંિ:પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૮-૧૭૦૯-ગ.૨ ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ તાત્િાચલિ અસરથી સેવાનો અાંત લાવવામા ાં આવશે. તેઓને અજમાયશી સમય સાંતોર્િારિ રીતે પૂણગ થયેથી લાાંબાગાળાની ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ તરીિેની ચનયચમત ચનમણૂાંિ અાંગેના હિમ િરવામાાં આવશે ત્યારબાદ ચનયમોનુસાર ઇજાફા મળવાપાત્ર થશે. તેઓનો અજમાયશી સમયની મુદ્દત લાંબાવવાની જરૂર જણાતા કિસ્સાઓમાાં તે અાંગેના અલાયદા હિમો િરવામાાં આવશે.
12. ઉક્ત જગ્યાએ હાજર થયા બાદ સેવામાાંથી રાજીનામુાં આપવા ઇચ્છતા ઉમેદવારોના િેસ ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા (નોિરીની સામાન્ય શરતો) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ અને ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા (પેન્શન) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ ચવચનયચમત િરવામા ાં આવશે.1354 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 29-10-2026 [ PART-I
13. દરેિ અજમાયશીના તાલીમ દરમ્યાનની િામગીરીનો ખ્યાલ આપતા અહેવાલ (Assessment Report) સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગન તા.૦૮/૦૯/૧૯૮૯ના પકરપત્ર ક્રમાિાં :પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-૫૦૬૮-ગ.૨થી ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અિૂિ લખાય તે સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીએ સુચનચિત િરી બે નિલમાાં આ ચવભાગને તથા એિ એિ નિલ સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ તથા ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ ગાાંધીનગરને મોિલવાના રહેશે.
14. મહાચનદેશિશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા (SPIPA), અમદાવાદની િિેરીએ તાલીમાથીઓની તાલીમ પૂણગ થયે, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા ખાતેનો સાંસ્થાિીય તાલીમ અાંગેનો અહેવાલ તેમજ તાલીમાન્ત પરીક્ષાના પકરણામની નિલ આ ચવભાગને મોિલવાની રહેશે.
15. અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન આ અજમાયશી અચધિારીઓ મહાચનદેશિશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદના ચનયાંત્રણ હેઠળ રહેશે. ક્ષેત્રીય તાલીમ દરમ્યાન તેઓએ જે તે ચજલ્લાના િાયગમથિે ચનવાસ િરવો ફરજીયાત રહેશે અને તે અાંગે સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીએ પુરતી તિેદારી રાખવાની રહેશે અને જો આ અજમાયશી ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ હાજરીમા ાં અચનયચમતતા જણાય તો સત્વરે ચનયામિશ્રીએ શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય ચવિાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને રીપોટટ આપવાનો રહેશે. શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય ચવિાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગ સાંબાંચધતની આવી ગેરહાજરીને ગાંભીર ગરે ચશસ્ત ગણીને ચનયમોનુસાર િાયગવાહી િરશે.
16. ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા વગગ-૨ (ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ સવાં ગગ)નુાં િાયગક્ષેત્ર સમગ્ર ગુજરાત રાજ્ય હોય રાજ્ય સરિાર અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન તથા લાાંબાગાળાની ચનમણૂિ બાદ તેઓની િોઇપણ સ્થળે ચનમણૂિ તથા બદલી િરી શિશે.
17. ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય િિેરીએ ઉમેદવારની સેવાપોથી તૈયાર િરાવડાવી તેના પહેલા પાનાની પ્રમાચણત નિલ અત્રે મોિલી આપવાની રહેશે. જે ઉમેદવારો અજમાયશી ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ તરીિેની ચનમણૂિ પામે તે પહેલાાં સરિારી/અધગ-સરિારી સવે ામાાં હોય તેમના કિસ્સામા ાં તેમની અગાઉની સેવાપોથી પ્રથમ પાનાની પ્રામાચણત નિલ અત્રે મોિલી આપવાની રહેશે. તેઓએ નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૦૪ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ મુજબ સરિારી સેવામાાં દાખલ થયા તારીખથી છ માસની મુદ્દતમાાં સક્ષમ સત્તાચધિારી સમક્ષ વતનના સ્થળ અાંગે નોંધણી િરાવવાની રહેશે. આ નોંધ િરાવવાના સમયે વતનના સ્થળ ે િમગિારી/અચધિારી સ્થાવર ચમલિત ધરાવતા હોય અથવા નોિરીમાાં જોડાયા તે પૂવે રહેતા હોય તેના અચધિૃત પુરાવાની નિલ રજ ૂ િરવાની રહેશે અને તે સાંબાંચધત િમગિારી/અચધિારીની સચવગસબુિમાાં િોંટાડવાની રહેશે. પોતાની સચવગસબુિમા ાં વતનના સ્થળની નોંધણી થઇ હોવા બાબતે િમગિારી/અચધિારીએ જાતે ખાતરી િરી લેવાની રહેશે. સચવગસબુિમાાં નોંધણી િરવાની રહી જવા પામી હોવાની સ્સ્થચતમા ાં પ્રથમ ચનમણૂાંિ જે સ્થળ ે થઇ હશે તેને િમગિારી/અચધિારીનુાં વતનન ુાં સ્થળ ગણવાનુાં રહેશે. વતનના સ્થળ અથવા તેવા ફેરફાર અાંગને ી િોઇ રજૂઆતો ચવિારણાને પાત્ર બનશે નહીં. વધુમાાં િમગિારી/અચધિારી પહેલેથી સરિારી/અધગ સરિારી સેવામાાં હોય તેમના કિસ્સામાાં તેઓએ નવેસરથી તેમના વતન અાંગે એિરાર િરવાની જરૂર નથી. પરુંતુ આ અાંગે સેવાપોથીમાાં થયેલ વતનની નોંધની પ્રમાચણત નિલ આ ચવભાગને મોિલવાની રહેશે.
18. અજમાયશી તરીિે હાજર થયા બાદ કદન – ૩૦માાં સાંબાંચધત િિેરીએ તેઓનુાં KARMYOGI PORTAL ઉપર મેપીંગ િરાવી તેઓની રજાઓ તથા અન્ય બાબતો KARMYOGI PORTAL ઉપર જ હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.
19. તેઓને ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સેવા (વતગણૂિ) ચનયમો, ૧૯૭૧ની જોગવાઇ લાગ ુ પડશે.
20. તેઓએ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સેવા (વતગણૂિ) ચનયમો, ૧૯૭૧ ના ચનયમ – ૧૯(િ) ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ તેઓની પ્રથમ ચનમણૂિ સમયે તેમના પોતાના નામે અથવા િુટુાંબની િોઇ વ્યચક્તના નામે અથવા અન્ય િોઇ વ્યચક્તના નામે, તેને વારસામાાં મળેલ તેની માચલિીની પટ્ટે અથવા ગીરોથી તેણે સાંપાદન િરેલ અથવા ધરાવેલ સ્થાવર ચમલિત સાંબાંધી પૂરેપૂરી ચવગતો આપતુાં સરિારે ચનયત િરેલ નમૂના મુજબનુાં તેવી સ્થાવર અસ્ક્યામતોનુાં પત્રિ KARMYOGI PORTAL ઉપર ઓનલાઇ સબચમટ િરવાનુાં રહેશે. વધુમાાં દર વર્ે કડસેમ્બર મચહનાની ૩૧મી તારીખે પુરી થતી મુદ્દતને આવરી લેતાાં દરેિ વર્ગના જાન્યુઆરી મચહનાની છેલ્લી તારીખ સુધીમાાં ચનયત નમૂનામાાં ચવગતો રજૂ િરવાની રહેશે.
21. તેઓને નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૧૮/૦૩/૨૦૦૫ ના ઠરાવથી ઠરાવેલ નવી વચધગત પેન્શન યોજના (NPS) લાગૂ પડશે.

5. સરદાર પટેલ લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ દ્વારા તેઓને ચનયમોનુસાર ચવગતવાર તાલીમ અાંગે આયોજન થાય તે દરમ્યાન સાંબાંચધત િાયદાની જાણિારી મળી રહે તે હેતુથી િિેરીએ તેમની જુદી જુદી શાખાઓમાાં તાલીમ અાંગેની વ્યવસ્થા િરવાની રહેશે.

7. ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામચત અને સ્વાસ્્ય, અમદાવાદએ બાાંહેધરી પત્ર અને દારપણાના પ્રમાણપત્રો સપાં ૂણગ હોવાની ખાત્રી િરીને ત ે મુજબના શેરા સાથે આ ચવભાગને પરત મોિલવાના રહેશે અને તેમ િયાગની જાણ એિાઉન્ટન્ટ જનરલશ્રીની િિેરી, રાજિોટ/અમદાવાદન ે પણ િરવાની રહેશે અન ે જ્યાાં સુધી તેમ િરવામાાં નહીં આવે ત્યાાં સુધી ઉમેદવારને તેમના પગાર અને ભ્થાાં માટે અચધિૃત િરવાના રહેશ ે નચહું.
8. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા િોમ્્યટુ ર િૌશલ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૬ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન િોમ્્યુટર િૌશલ્યની સીસીસી ્લસ (CCC+) ની પરીક્ષા પાસ િરવાની રહેશે. અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં િરવાની કિસ્સામાાં અજમાયશી સમય લાંબાવવામાાં આવશે. આવા લાંબાવેલા સમયમાાં પણ તેઓ આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં િરે તો તેઓની સેવા સમાપ્ત િરવામાાં આવશે. પછીથી જો તેઓ પરીક્ષા પાસ િરશે તો જ તેઓને સેવામાાં પ્રવરતાના રક્ષણ ચવના પરત લેવામાાં આવશે તે મતલબની લેચખત બાાંહેધરી તેઓએ સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીન ે આ સાથે બીડેલ ચનયત નમૂનામા ાં આપવાની રહેશે, જે સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીએ શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને મોિલી આપવાના રહેશે.
9. તેઓએ અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન ગુજરાત શ્રમ ચવભાગ (રાજ્યપચત્રત અચધિારીઓની સવે ાની શરતો સાંબાંચધત પરીક્ષા) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૮ જાહેરનામાાં ક્રમાાંિ:િેએિઆર-૨૦૦૮-૧૨૭-સીએલઇ-૧૦-૨૦૦૭-૧૦૬૯-મ(૧) તા.૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૦૮ થી ઠરાવેલ ખાતાિીય પરીક્ષા ચનયત તિમાાં પાસ િરવાની રહેશે. ચનયત તિમાાં આ પરીક્ષા પાસ નહીં િરવાથી તેઓની સેવાઓ સમાપ્ત િરવામાાં આવશે.
10. તેઓએ ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સવે ા વગીિરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) ચનયમો, ૧૯૬૭ ના ચનયમ – ૧૫ થી ઠરાવ્યા અનુસાર ગુજરાતી અથવા ચહન્દી અથવા બાંને ભાર્ાઓની પરીક્ષાઓ પ્રવતગમાન ચનયમો મુજબ પાસ િરવાની રહેશે.
11. તેઓની ચનમણૂિની જગ્યાએ હાજર થયાથી તારીખથી ૨(બે) વર્ગ માટ ે અજમાયશી ધોરણે તદ્દન હુંગામી અને િામિલાઉ જ હોઇ આ સેવા સાંતોર્િારિ નહીં જણાય તો િોઇ પણ જાતની નોટીસ આ્યા ચસવાય સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગના તા.૩૦/૦૩/૧૯૮૯ના પકરપત્ર ક્રમાાંિ:પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૮-૧૭૦૯-ગ.૨ ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ તાત્િાચલિ અસરથી સેવાનો અાંત લાવવામા ાં આવશે. તેઓને અજમાયશી સમય સાંતોર્િારિ રીતે પૂણગ થયેથી લાાંબાગાળાની ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ તરીિેની ચનયચમત ચનમણૂાંિ અાંગેના હિમ િરવામાાં આવશે ત્યારબાદ ચનયમોનુસાર ઇજાફા મળવાપાત્ર થશે. તેઓનો અજમાયશી સમયની મુદ્દત લાંબાવવાની જરૂર જણાતા કિસ્સાઓમાાં તે અાંગેના અલાયદા હિમો િરવામાાં આવશે.CENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, 29-10-2026 1357
12. ઉક્ત જગ્યાએ હાજર થયા બાદ સેવામાાંથી રાજીનામુાં આપવા ઇચ્છતા ઉમેદવારોના િેસ ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા (નોિરીની સામાન્ય શરતો) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ અને ગુજરાત મુલ્િી સેવા (પેન્શન) ચનયમો, ૨૦૦૨ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ ચવચનયચમત િરવામા ાં આવશે.
13. દરેિ અજમાયશીના તાલીમ દરમ્યાનની િામગીરીનો ખ્યાલ આપતા અહેવાલ (Assessment Report) સામાન્ય વહીવટ ચવભાગન તા.૦૮/૦૯/૧૯૮૯ના પકરપત્ર ક્રમાિાં :પીઆરઓ-૧૦૮૬-૫૦૬૮-ગ.૨થી ચનયત નમૂનામાાં અિૂિ લખાય તે સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીએ સુચનચિત િરી બે નિલમાાં આ ચવભાગને તથા એિ એિ નિલ સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદ તથા ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ ગાાંધીનગરને મોિલવાના રહેશે.
14. મહાચનદેશિશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા (SPIPA), અમદાવાદની િિેરીએ તાલીમાથીઓની તાલીમ પૂણગ થયે, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા ખાતેનો સાંસ્થાિીય તાલીમ અાંગેનો અહેવાલ તેમજ તાલીમાન્ત પરીક્ષાના પકરણામની નિલ આ ચવભાગને મોિલવાની રહેશે.
15. અજમાયશી સમય દરમ્યાન આ અજમાયશી અચધિારીઓ મહાચનદેશિશ્રી, સરદાર પટેલ રાજ્ય લોિ પ્રશાસન સાંસ્થા, અમદાવાદના ચનયાંત્રણ હેઠળ રહેશે. ક્ષેત્રીય તાલીમ દરમ્યાન તેઓએ જે તે ચજલ્લાના િાયગમથિે ચનવાસ િરવો ફરજીયાત રહેશે અને તે અાંગે સાંબાંચધત અચધિારીશ્રીએ પુરતી તિેદારી રાખવાની રહેશે અને જો આ અજમાયશી ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ હાજરીમા ાં અચનયચમતતા જણાય તો સત્વરે ચનયામિશ્રીએ શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય ચવિાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને રીપોટટ આપવાનો રહેશે. શ્રમ, િૌશલ્ય ચવિાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગ સાંબાંચધતની આવી ગેરહાજરીને ગાંભીર ગરે ચશસ્ત ગણીને ચનયમોનુસાર િાયગવાહી િરશે.

17. ચનયામિશ્રી, ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય િિેરીએ ઉમેદવારની સેવાપોથી તૈયાર િરાવડાવી તેના પહેલા પાનાની પ્રમાચણત નિલ અત્રે મોિલી આપવાની રહેશે. જે ઉમેદવારો અજમાયશી ઔદ્યોચગિ સલામતી અને સ્વાસ્્ય અચધિારી, વગગ-૨ તરીિેની ચનમણૂિ પામે તે પહેલાાં સરિારી/અધગ-સરિારી સવે ામાાં હોય તેમના કિસ્સામા ાં તેમની અગાઉની સેવાપોથી પ્રથમ પાનાની પ્રામાચણત નિલ અત્રે મોિલી આપવાની રહેશે. તેઓએ નાણાાં ચવભાગના તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૦૪ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ મુજબ સરિારી સેવામાાં દાખલ થયા તારીખથી છ માસની મુદ્દતમાાં સક્ષમ સત્તાચધિારી સમક્ષ વતનના સ્થળ અાંગે નોંધણી િરાવવાની રહેશે. આ નોંધ િરાવવાના સમયે વતનના સ્થળ ે િમગિારી/અચધિારી સ્થાવર ચમલિત ધરાવતા હોય અથવા નોિરીમાાં જોડાયા તે પૂવે રહેતા હોય તેના અચધિૃત પુરાવાની નિલ રજ ૂ િરવાની રહેશે અને તે સાંબાંચધત િમગિારી/અચધિારીની સચવગસબુિમાાં િોંટાડવાની રહેશે. પોતાની સચવગસબુિમા ાં વતનના સ્થળની નોંધણી થઇ હોવા બાબતે િમગિારી/અચધિારીએ જાતે ખાતરી િરી લેવાની રહેશે. સચવગસબુિમાાં નોંધણી િરવાની રહી જવા પામી હોવાની સ્સ્થચતમા ાં પ્રથમ ચનમણૂાંિ જે સ્થળ ે થઇ હશે તેને િમગિારી/અચધિારીનુાં વતનન ુાં સ્થળ ગણવાનુાં રહેશે. વતનના સ્થળ અથવા તેવા ફેરફાર અાંગને ી િોઇ રજૂઆતો ચવિારણાને પાત્ર બનશે નહીં. વધુમાાં િમગિારી/અચધિારી પહેલેથી સરિારી/અધગ સરિારી સેવામાાં હોય તેમના કિસ્સામાાં તેઓએ નવેસરથી તેમના વતન અાંગે એિરાર િરવાની જરૂર નથી. પરુંતુ આ અાંગે સેવાપોથીમાાં થયેલ વતનની નોંધની પ્રમાચણત નિલ આ ચવભાગને મોિલવાની રહેશે.
18. અજમાયશી તરીિે હાજર થયા બાદ કદન – ૩૦માાં સાંબાંચધત િિેરીએ તેઓનુાં KARMYOGI PORTAL ઉપર મેપીંગ િરાવી તેઓની રજાઓ તથા અન્ય બાબતો KARMYOGI PORTAL ઉપર જ હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.
