L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-के.ए.-अ.-16092026-276251 CG-KxAx-xEG-I1D6H0x9x2x0 26-276251 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4818] िई ददल्ली, बुधवार, जसतम्ब र 9, 2026/भाद्र 18, 1948 No. 4818] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2026/BHADRA 18, 1948 रेल मत्रं ालय [दजिण पजिम रेलव े(जिमाणा सगं ठि)] अजधसचू िा बेंगलरुु , 9 जसतम्ब र, 2026 का.आ. 5008(अ).— रेल अधिधियम 1989 (24 ऑफ 1989) (धिसे इसके बाद उक्त अधिधियम कहा गया ह)ै की िारा 20 ए की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंद्र सरकार (रेल मंत्रालय, दधिण पधिम रेलवे, धिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी) इस बात स े संतुष्ट होिे के बाद कक सावािधिक प्रयोिि के धलए, संलग्न अिुसूची म ें कदए गए संधिप्त धववरण वाली भूधम, धवशेष रेलवे पररयोििा, अर्ाात ् "किााटक राज्य के धचक्कमगलरू धिल े के कडूर और अज्‍िमपुरा तालुक के िागवगं ला- अज्‍िमपरु ा (तुमकुर-हुबली) रेलवे स्टेशिों के बीच कक.मी. 228/200-300 पर समपार फाटक संख्या 138 के स्र्ाि पर आरओबी का धिमााण" के धिष्पादि के धलए आवश्यक ह,ै एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूधम के अधिग्रहण की अपिी मशं ा की घोधषत करती ह।ै उक्त भूधम म ेंरुधच रखि ेवाला कोई भी व्यधक्त, आधिकाररक रािपत्र म ेंइस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की धतधर् स ेतीस कदिों के भीतर, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 20डी की उपिारा (1) के तहत उपयुाक्त प्रयोिि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के अधिग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपधत्त उठा सकता ह।ै 6978 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] कडूर और अज्जमपुरा तालुक, धचक्कमगलरू धिल ेके िागवगं ला- अज्जमपरु ा रेलवे स्टेशिों के बीच कक.मी. 228/200- 300 पर समपार फाटक संख्या 138 के स्र्ाि पर आर ओ बी के धिमााण के संबंि म ें प्रत्येक ऐसी आपधत्त सिम प्राधिकारी, अर्ाात ्सहायक आयुक्त, ताररकेरे और मध्यस्र्, अर्ाात ्िेत्रीय आयुक्त, मैसरुू को धलधखत रूप में दी िाएगी और उसम ेंआपधत्त के कारण बताए िाएगं े। सिम प्राधिकारी आपधत्त पर सुिवाई का अवसर दगे ा, या तो स्वय ं या ककसी कािूिी सलाहकार के माध्यम स,े और ऐसी सभी आपधत्तयों पर सुिवाई करिे के बाद और यकद आवश्यक हो तो सिम प्राधिकारी द्वारा आवश्यक समझी िािे वाली आगे की िांच करि े के बाद, आदेश द्वारा आपधत्तयों को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार कर सकता ह।ै उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 20 डी की उपिारा (2) के तहत सिम प्राधिकारी द्वारा कदया गया कोई भी आदेश अंधतम होगा। इस अधिसूचिा के अंतगात आि े वाली भूधम के भू-मािधचत्र और अन्य धववरण उपलब्ि ह ैं और इच्छुक व्यधक्त इन्ह ें सिम प्राधिकारी, अर्ाात ् सहायक आयुक्त, ताररकेरे के उपयक्तुा कायाालय म ें दखे सकते ह।ैं अिसु चू ी किााटक राज्य के धचक्कमगलरू धिले के कडूर और अज्जमपुरा तालुक म ेंिागवगं ला-अिमपरु ा रेलवे स्टेशिों के बीच कक.मी.

NOTIFICATION Bengaluru, the 9th September, 2026 S.O. 5008(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 A of the Railway. Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government (Ministry of Railway, South Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) after being satisfied that for the public purpose the land the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of the special Railway Project viz, "Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.138 at Railway Km 228/200-300 between Nagavangala- Ajjampura (Tumkur-Hubli) Railway Stations of Kadur and Ajjampura Taluk, Chikkamaglur District" in the state of KARNATAKA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Any person interested in the said land may, within Thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section

(1) of section 20D of the said Act Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority viz., Assistant Commissioner, Tarikere and Arbitrator viz., Regional Commissioner, Mysuru for Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.138 at Railway Km 228/200- 300 between Nagavangala-Ajjampura Railway Stations of Kadur and Ajjampura Taluk, Chikkamaglur District in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objection an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections:

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20 D of the said Act shall be final:

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority viz., Assistant Commissioner Tarikere.
