और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख 06 िलु ाइ 2026 को “जवप्र एक्सप्रेस” एव ं “द जहतवादा” दोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया ह;ै िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को 3ग के तहत दायर अपजि प्राप्त हुइ ह,ैं जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ैं और ईसका ईजचत रूप स े जनपटान दकया गया;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी 8181 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] ररपोटग दे दी ह;ै ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची म ें जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऄिनग दकया िाना चाजहए;

और ऄब केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण म,ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक आस ऄजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन पर ईक्त ऄनुसूची म ें जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम, सभी जवल्लंगमों स े मक्तु होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत हो िायेगी। ऄनसु चू ी मध्य प्रदेि राज्य के रीवा जिल ेम ें एनएच-135बीडी जसरमौर - कलवारी खडं के (दक.मी. 25+760 स ेदक.मी. 28+000) तक के जलए भू-ऄिनग की िान े वाली सरं चना रजहत ऄथवा सरं चना सजहत भजू म का सजं क्षप्त जववरण.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th October, 2026 S.O. 5819(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, vide S.O. 2916(E) Dated 08.06.2026, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (here in[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for Development, Maintenance, Management and Operation of rehabilitation /upgradation/widening to 2 laning with paved shoulders of NH-135BD Stretch Sirmour - Kalwari Section (Chainage km 0+000 to km 35+920) in the State of Madhya Pradesh., hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Wipra Express” and “The Hitavada” both dated 6th July 2026; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
