68) की धारा 11 के तहत िारी की गई भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन िहािरानी, सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय (सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग जवभाग) की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.465 (अ), दिनांक 26 अप्रैल, 2002 द्वारा तजमलनाडु राज्य म ेंराष्ट्रीय रािमाग गसंख्या 07 के क्रमिः दकमी. 292.400 स ेदकमी. 306.400 (करूर बाईपास) और दकमी. 306.400 स े दकमी. 446.800 (सलेम-मिरु ै खंड) के खंड को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग प्राजधकरण (जिसे इसके बाि "प्राजधकरण" कहा िाए) को सुपुिग दकया ह;ै अतः अब, परवती संिोधनों सजहत राष्ट्रीय रािमागग िुल्क (िर अवधारण एवं सग्रं हण) जनयम 2008 के जनयम 3 (जिसे इसके बाि "जनयम" कहा िाए) के साथ परित राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1436 (अ) दिनांक: 10 िनू , 2009 का अजधक्रमण करत े हुए केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा तजमलनाडु राज्य म ेंएनएच-07 (नई सं. 44) के करूर स ेडडंडीगुल खडं के दकमी 290.000 स ेदकमी

(चार से छह धुरी वाले) बड़े आकार वाल ेवाहन (सात अथवा अजधक धुरी वाले) 4.20

1. इसके अंतगतग उद्गृहीत और संगृहीत िल्ु क, ऐसे िल्ु क प्लािाओं के अंतगगत जवजनर्िगष्ट जनवल सड़क की िरू ी हते ु िुल्क प्लािाओं म ेंिेय और संिये होगी,अथागत: - सारणी – 2 िल्ु क प्लािा का अवस्ट्थान(चने िे ) लम्बाई (दक.मी. म)ें जिसके जलए िल्ु क िेय जिस िर पर िल्ु क जलया ह ै िाता ह ै तजमलनाडु राज्य के करूर जिले के 70.921 दकमी चार या अजधक लने के जलए वेलंचेरियूर गांव, एनएच-44 के उपयुगि सारणी -1 म ें (10 करोड़ रुपये स े अजधक लागत वाल े उजल्लजखत आधार िरों का जडजाइन दकमी 332.000 पर। बाईपास की लंबाई और 60 मीटर स े अजधक 100% लंबाई वाली संरचनाओं को छोड़कर)

4. गैर-वाजणजज्यक प्रयोिनों के जलए पंिीकृत यांजत्रक वाहन के स्ट्व ामी और िुल्क प् लाजा से बीस दक.मी. की िरू ी के भीतर जनवास करन े वाले व् यजि के जलए माजसक पास की िर वर्ग 2026-27 के जलए 360.00/-रूपए (तीन सौ साि रूपए मात्र) ह ैऔर उि जनयमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रजतवर् ग संिोधन के अध् यधीन ह।ै

5. रािमागग खंड पर एकाजधक यात्राओं के जलए जनम्नजलजखत िरों पर पास िारी दकए िाएंगे, अथागत:- सारणी – 5 संिेय धनराजि अनुज्ञात एकतरफा यात्राओं की जवजधमान्यत की अवजध अजधकतम संख्या एक तरफ की यात्रा के जलए िल्ु क का डेढ़ गनु ा िो भुगतान के समय से चौबीस घंटे पचास एकल यात्राओं के जलए भुगतान िल्ु क की पचास भुगतान की जतजथ स ेएक राजि का िो-जतहाई मास

6. जिस जिले में िल्ु क प्लािा जस्ट्थत है, वहां पंिीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहन (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के तहत चलन े वाले वाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िुल्क उस श्रेणी के वाहन के जलए जनधागररत िर का 50% होगा, बित ेऐस ेवाजणजज्यक वाहनों के उपयोग के जलए कोई सर्वगस रोड या वैकजल्पक सड़क उपलब्ध न हो।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

7. संबंजधत श्रणे ी के वाहनों के जलए जवजनर्िगष्ट अनुज्ञेय भार स ेअजधक भार लि ेयांजत्रक वाहन का चालक या स्ट्वामी या प्रभारी व्यजि, राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग पर अजतभार लि े वाहन के प्रविे के जलए टोल सग्रं हण एिेंसी को उि जनयमों के जनयम10 के अनुसार अनप्रु योज्य िल्ु क के समतुल् य िल्ु क का भुगतान करने के जलए उत् तरिायी होगा।

8. सभी पररभार्ाएं, यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी, इनके अनुज्ञेय भार, छूट प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रणे ी, सर्वगस रोड, वैकजल्पक सड़क इत्यादि उि जनयमों में जवजनर्िगष्ट पररभार्ाओं के अनरूु प होंगी।

9. उि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनसु ार, उपयोगकतागओं की िानकारी के जलए िुल्क की िरों को प्रिर्िगत दकया िाएगा।

10. उपयुगक् त ताजलका-1 म ें यथा-उजल्लजखत, आधार वर् ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकलोमीटर िल्ु क की आधार िर के आधार पर यांजत्रक वाहनों से िल्ु क की वास्ट् तजवक राजि और छूटों की गणना प्राजधकरण द्वारा खंड की परू ी हो गई लंबाई के आधार पर की िाएगी और उसे उक्त जनयमों के जनयम 5 के अनुसार प्रजत वर्ग संिोजधत दकया िाएगा तथा तिनुसार उस े अंग्रेिी और क्षेत्रीय भार्ा के कम-स-े कम एक-एक समाचार पत्र में प्रकाजित दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th September, 2026 S.O. 4994(E).— Whereas, vide notifications of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.0.465 (E), dated the 26th April, 2002, issued under section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act,1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government had entrusted the stretch from Km. 292.400 to Km. 306.400 (Karur bypass) and km 306.400 to Km

446.800 (Salem–Madurai section) respectively of National Highway No. 7 in the State of Tamil Nadu to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the Authority);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter referred to as the "rules") and in supersession of the notification S.O. 1436(E) dated 10.06.2009, the Central Government hereby levies the fee at the rate specified in column(2) of the Table 1 for net road section length of 70.921 Km (Table-2) and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 11.04 Km (having length of 1.104 Km [Table-4]) and at one and one half times the base rate for bypasses having length of

5.70Km (Table 3) costing rupees ten crore or more on the type of vehicles specified in column (1) Table-1 below for use of the four laning of Karur to Dindigul section from Km 290.000 to Km 367.725 (Existing at Km.292.600 to Km

373.275) of NH-07 (New No.44) in the State of Tamil Nadu and authorises the Authority to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee, namely:- Table -1 Type of Vehicle Base rate of fee per Km for the base year 2007-08 (In Rupees)

4. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the fee plaza is Rs.360/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Sixty only) for the year 2026-27 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules.

5. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely:- Table-5 Amount Payable Maximum number of one-way Period of validity journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one Two Twenty-four hours from the time way journey of payment Two-third of amount of the Fee Fifty One month from date of payment payable for fifty single journeys

6. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles.

7. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub rule 10 of the said rules.

8. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules.

9. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rule 12 of the said rules.

10. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language.
