8168 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और िबदक, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार, समाचार पत्रों म ें “नव तले गं ाना (तले ुग)ु ”, “सािी (तेलगु ु)”, “डेक्कन क्रॉजनकल(अग्रेिी)” और “डहदं ी जमलाप (डहदं ी) म ें ददनांक 01 अप्रैल,2026 एव ं 02 अप्रलै ,2026 को मोतीलाल भूक्या, मखु य इंिीजनयर, जनमाणि - II, दजिण मध्य रेलवे, जसकंदराबाद के अनमु ोदन से प्रकाजित दकया गया था;

और, िबदक, आपजियााँ प्राप्त हुई थीं तथा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा उन पर जवचार करन े के उपरांत उन्ह ें अस्ट्वीकृत कर ददया गया ह ैऔर तदनुसार आदिे पाररत दकए गए ह;ैं और, िबदक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म ेंसिम प्राजधकारी न ेअपनी ररपोटि केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै अत: अब सिम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोर्णा करती ह ैदक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िाएगी;

और यह दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ेंकेंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोर्णा करती ह ैदक आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन ेपर इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम सभी जवलगं मो स े मुक्त होकर केंद्र सरकार म ें आतयांदकत रूप स े जनजहत हो िाएगी.

NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 26th October, 2026 S.O. 5806(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number,S.O.1602(E), dated the 25.03.2026, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-Section (ii),gazette No.1537 dated the 26.03.2026 and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the Purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, “Construction of Jammikunta TSS in Ramagundam- Kazipet section for up-gradation work of Electric Traction System from 1x25KV to 2x25 KV traction system to meet 3000MT loading target ” in Saidabad Village & Jammikunta Mandal in Karimnagar District in the state of Telangana.

And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers namely the “NavaTelangana (Telugu)”, “Sakshi (Telugu)”, “Deccan Chronicle (English)” and “Hindi Milap (Hindi)” dated 01 April, 2026 and 02 April,2026 with the approval of Mothilal Bhookya, Chief Engineer/Con-II, South Central Railway, Secunderabad And, whereas, objections were received and same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority and accordingly orders have been passed And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
