और िबदक, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अंतगगत दैजनक समाचारपत्रों, “द हहदं ,ु हहदं ी जमलाप और सािी” म ें28 िलु ाई,2026 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और चूंदक जनमालग जिल ेके रवींद्रपुर और बासर गांव से कोई आपजि दिग नहीं की गई ह ैतथा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा जवचारोपरांत तदनुसार आदेि पाररत दकए गए ह;ैं 7047 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और िबदक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण में सिम प्राजधकारी न े इसकी ररपोर्ग केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै अत: अब केंद्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ग के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ई) की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी;

और यह दक केंद्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंइस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन ेपर इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्दगष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों स े मुक्त होकर केंद्रीय सरकार में आतयांदकत रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी.

NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 11th September, 2026 S.O. 5061(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board ), number, S.O 3968 dated the 16th July, 2026 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th July, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section

(1) of section 20(A) of the Railway Act,1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Mudkhed – Dhone doubling project in the District of Nirmal in the State of Telangana.

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “THE HINDU, HINDI MILAP and SAKSHI” dated 28 July 2026 under sub section (4) of section 20Aof the said Act;

And whereas, for Ravindrapur & Basar Villages of Nirmal district, no objections were received and the same have been considered by the competent Authority accordingly orders have been passed;

And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here
