(i) एन-पाइरोजलजडनो आइसोटोजनटाजीन (आइसोटोजनटाजेपाइन) 5-नाइरो-2-[4-(2-प्रोपोजक्स)बेंजाइल]-1-[2-(पाइरोजलजडन-1-इल)एर्ाइल]-1एच-बेंजो[डी]इजमडाजोल

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th October, 2026 S.O. 5866(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause (xi) of section 2 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985), the Central Government having regard to the decision taken under the United Nations Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961 hereby declares the following substances, salt and preparations to be manufactured drugs, namely:-

(i) N-pyrrolidino isotonitazene (Isotonitazepyne) 5-Nitro-2-[4-(2-propoxy)benzyl]-1-[2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethyl]-1H-benzo[d]imidazole

(ii) N-desethyl etonitazene- 2-[(4-Ethoxyphenyl)methyl]-N-ethyl-5-nitro-1H-benzimidazole-1-ethanamine

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F. No N-12012/2/2026-NC-II-DOR] MONTY KUMAR JHA, Under Secy. अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 28 अक् तूबर, 2026 का.आ. 5867(अ).— चूूँदक केन्द्र सरकार जनम्नजलजखत पिार्ों (प्राकृजतक या कृजत्रम) या प्राकृजतक सामग्री या दकसी लिण या ऐसे पिार्ों या सामजग्रयों के जनमाथण के िरुु पयोग की प्रकृजत और प्रभाि या िरुु पयोग के िायरे के संबंध में, और ऐस े पिार्ों के संबंध म ें संिोधन और ऐस े पररितनथ िो मन:प्रभािी पिार् थ संबंधी संयुि राष्ट्र कन्िन्े िन, 1971 म ें िाजमल दकए गए ह,ैं के आधार पर उपलब्ध िानकारी और साक्ष्य से संतष्टु है, और िह जनम्नजलजखत पिार्ों या प्राकृजतक सामजग्रयों या लिण या ऐसे पिार्ों या सामजग्रयों के जनमाथण को स्ट् िापक औषजध एि ंमन:प्रभािी पिार् थअजधजनयम, 1985 (1985 का 61), (जिसे इसके बाि उि अजधजनयम कहा िाएगा) की अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्िथष्ट मन:प्रभािी पिार्ों की सूची में िोड़ना अजनिाय थ मानती ह;ै अतः, अब, उि अजधजनयम की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा इस अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 110 िेडिेडके और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजष्टयों के बाि जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्या और प्रजिजष्टयाूँ सजममजलत करत े हुए अधोजलजखत अजतररक्त संिोधन करती ह,ै अर्ाथत्:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 क्रम सं. अंतरराष्ट्रीय गैर-स्ट्िाजमत्ि अन् य गैर-स्ट्िाजमत्ि िाले नाम रासायजनक नाम िाले नाम “110 िडे एमडीएमबी-फूजबनाका जमर्ाइल 2-[{1-(4-फ्लोरोबेंजजल) िेडएल इंडेजोल-3-काबोजनल}अमीनो]-3,3 डाइजमर्ाइलब्यूटेनोएट [फा. सं. एन-12012/2 /2026-एनसी-II-डीओआर] मोन्टी कुमार झा, अिर सजचि रटप्पणी: स्ट् िापक औषजध एि ं मन:प्रभािी पिार्थ अजधजनयम, 1985 (1985 का 61) की अनुसूची को पहली बार दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर, 1992 के संख्या का.आ.785(अ) द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया र्ा और अंजतम बार का.आ. 906 (अ) दिनांक 18 फरिरी, 2026 द्वारा संिोजधत की गई र्ी।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th October, 2026 S.O. 5867(E).— Whereas the Central Government is satisfied, on the basis of information and evidence which has become available to it, with respect to the nature and effect of and the scope for abuse of the following substances (natural or synthetic) or natural material or any salt or preparation of such substances or materials and the modification with respect to such substances and the changes that have been incorporated in the United Nations Convention on Psychotropic Substances, 1971, that it is necessary to add the following substances or natural materials or salts or preparation of such substances or materials in the list of psychotropic substances specified in the Schedule to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Schedule, after serial number 110ZZK and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely :- Sl.
