39) की िसू री अनुसूची म ें जनम्न जलजखत संिोधन करती ह ै। बहुराज्य सहकारी सोसाइटी अजधजनयम, 2002 की िसू री अनसु ूची म,ें -

(i) क्रम स.ं 21 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के पश् चात,् क्रमि: जनम्न जलजखत क्रम संख् या और प्रजिजियां अंत:स्ट्थ ाजपत की िाएंगी, अथाचत:्- “22. राष्‍टर ीय सहकारी ऑगैजनक्स जलजमटेड, आनंि, गुिरात ।

23. भारतीय बीि सहकारी सजमजत जलजमटेड, नई दिल् ली ।

24. राष्‍टर ीय सहकारी जनयाचत जलजमटेड, नई दिल्ल ी ।”;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st March, 2023 S.O. 1396(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) section 116 of the Multi -State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Second Schedule of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002).

In Second Schedule to the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002,-

(i) after serial number 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely:- “ 22. National Cooperative Organics Limited, Anand, Gujarat.

23. Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited, New Delhi.

24. National Cooperative Exports Limited, New Delhi.”;
