NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th August, 2026 S.O. 5045(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Sh. Rishabh Verma, Deputy Collector, Government of Uttar Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 on deputation basis, for dedicated pipeline for transportation of liquid Ethane/Propane (C2/C3) of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the state of Uttar Pradesh for a period up to 11 February, 2028.
