NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th September, 2026 S.O. 5064(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in supersession of authorization given to Shri Manoj Kumar Jadhaw, Dy. Manager (ROU) Pipelines of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) as a Competent Authority for Mumbai-Manmad-Bijwasan Pipeline of BPCL for Maharashtra region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide. S.O. 2575 dated 03rd August 2012, the Government of India hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the “Competent Authority” under the said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule:
